Actually, Mark has a long time friend in Pennsylvania that hand selects unique cuts of wood from his lumber mill and saves them for Mark's arrival.  Mark then chooses only the best from this selection based on the wood ring patterns and superior quality.

Mark then travels back to sunny Florida and adds the wood to the already enormous amount that he has in stock.  From these, he can literally make thousands of guitars.
